Confidentiality

1. Use of cookies

Our website, www.ooumm.com, uses cookies. A cookie is a small file sent along with the pages of this website and stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer, mobile phone, smartwatch, or tablet. The information stored therein may be sent back to our servers during a subsequent visit.

The use of cookies is essential for the proper functioning of our website. Thanks to (anonymous) visitor input, we can improve the website's usability and make it more user-friendly.

2. Consent

We use the following cookies:

Functional cookies: these allow us to improve the website's functionality and make it more user-friendly. For example, we store your login details.

Audience measurement cookies: these ensure that an anonymous cookie is generated each time you visit a website. These cookies determine whether or not you have visited the site before. A cookie is created only during the first visit. On subsequent visits, the existing cookie is used automatically. This cookie is used solely for statistical purposes. This allows the following data to be collected:

• the number of unique visitors
• the frequency with which users visit the site
• which pages visitors view
• how long users spend on a particular page
• the page from which visitors leave the site

3b. List of cookies used

Google cookies:

• Google Analytics: used to measure site traffic.

4. Your rights regarding your personal data

You have the right to access, rectify, restrict, and delete your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to data portability. You may exercise these rights by emailing us at webmaster@ooumm.com. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to identify yourself on our site. When accessing personal data linked to a cookie, we ask that you send us a copy of the cookie in question. You can find these in your browser settings.

5. Blocking and deleting cookies

You can easily block and delete cookies yourself at any time via your web browser or by managing your cookies using the link at the bottom of the page. You can also configure your web browser to notify you when a cookie is being installed. You can also specify that certain cookies may not be installed. To do this, please consult your browser’s help function. Deleting cookies from your browser may affect your use of our website.

Some tracking cookies are placed by third parties that display advertisements to you via our website. You can delete these cookies centrally via www.youronlinechoices.eu.

Please note that if you do not want cookies, we can no longer guarantee the proper functioning of our website. Certain site features may be impaired, and in some cases, you may no longer be able to access the site. Furthermore, refusing cookies does not mean you will not see any advertisements. Ads will simply no longer be tailored to your interests and may therefore appear more frequently.
